How do I delete feedback?

Deleting a feedback is meant to delete spam, offensive or privacy-infringing content. One should agree within their Organization how and when to use this feature. For archiving and marking as handled, we recommend usign Statuses.


Here’s the process for Deleting a Feedback:

  1. Once you are on the Insights Page and have selected an Article, choose the feedback you’d like to delete
  2. Click on the “actions” icon (three vertical lines)
  3. Click “Delete”
  4. Click “Confirm” button on the right side options panel

It’s worth noting, deleting a Feedback will delete a feedback forever. So instead of deleting feedback,  if you are not sure, we usually recommend changing the feedback status to “not relevant”.
