How do I anonymize feedback?

Feedback Anonymization is a feature that was created to ensure no personal details are stored and with it you are using a tool that is GDPR compliant.

We try our best to hide any personal information for you, but some details may escape us. The Feadute Anonymization was built for you to have the opportunity to hide any parts manually. 

Here’s the process for Anonymizing a Feedback:

1. Once you are on the Insights Page and have selected an Article, choose the feedback you’d like to anonymize.
2. Click on the “actions” icon (three vertical lines)
3. Click “Anonymize”
4. On the right side options panel you can now see the feedback. Select the part of it you’d like to hide.
5. Click “Anonymize” button
