How do I use feedback status?

Feedback Status is another feature created to enhance the efficiency and ease the collaboration within your team. This is a shared feature that allows your team to change the status of a feedback between:

  • read
  • unread
  • working on
  • done
  • not relevant

Here’s how you can use Statuses:

  1. Once you are on the Insights Page and have selected an Article, and have choosen the feedback you’d like to change the status to
  2. Click on the drop down menu next to “Status” 
  3. Click on the status you’d like to have on the selected feedback

By using statuses, you will be able to fillter feedback by those, in order to focus only on feedback with specific status.
