How do I set up categories?

There are several ways to set up categories.

1. Defining URL-based rules in the settings
2. Defining a query selector in the settings. The query selector is used for parsing a category from a web page element
3. Pass categories from a web page as part of the embed code

URL-based rules and query selectors can be edited in the settings without touching the embed code. Categories from the embed code are ignored if categories are set up in the settings.

The embed code approach can be used if you want to pass already existing categories from your CMS to Askem. It typically requires a small effort from your technical team.
